Welcome to the 2026  Southeastern Youth Fair!
 
All MARKET Fair entries must be completed between Sept 2 to Sept 16
All other entries must be completed between Nov 4 to Nov 18.
 
 THERE IS A THREE DAY GRACE PERIOD AT $100  ADDITIONAL FEE FOR MARKET ANIMALS (Sept 17-19).  
THERE'S A 3-DAY GRACE PERIOD FOR ALL OTHER ENTRIES WITH DOUBLE ENTRY FEE COST FROM NOVEBMER 19-21.
 
It is highly recommended to print a receipt of your entries after you have completed your online enrollment.
 
Entries are NOT considered complete until:
  • Entry fees are paid
  • Club/Chapter leaders AND Fair office approval
  • Mandatory Online Training is completed.  Market Animal Training must be completed by September 16. Chicken/Rabbit shows must be completed by November 18.
  • Any supporting documents are received (goat, lamb, beef heifer, dog, horse shows)
  • *ALL MARKET ANIMALS must attend their required initial weigh-in or tagging - see Show Rules and Calendar of Events for all important dates
 
****IMPORTANT*****
Please take note of your WEN ENTRY NUMBER for each entry!  This is how the SEYF office will be able to identify your entry should there be any questions (for instance, mulitple heifer entries, etc).  This will also be needed for when you submit lease agreements, photos, and veterinary documents - you will need the entry number to accompany those documents!
